Our last week of school contained a mixture of some of our favorites from throughout the year. On Tuesday we enjoyed opposites, the most fun being pretending that it was the opposite of a day at school and that it was night. It was fun to see the students in their pajamas and we loved our pajama story time session with some favorite stuffed animals. On Wednesday I tried to select many of the most loved books and songs and fingerplays of the year for one last circle time session. On both days there were many free choice art activities made available to the students as well as all of the toys and centers in the classroom.
